We are looking Manager for Verification group .This leadership position includes overseeing the research, creation, and management of the automated build and deployment process for our Storage solutions. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps/Verification engineers.
- Build & maintain our bare-metal infrastructure based on pioneering technologies and high-end hardware.
- Drive continual improvements to our CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate actively in the development, integration, verification, and performance during R&D on next-generation Storage solutions.
What We Need To See
- 2+ years of experience in leading remote teams.
- 5+ overall years of experience in developing CI/CD processes and DevOps contribution with a real passion for automation (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Extensive experience with hardware and bare-metal infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience in Linux distributions (CentOS, Ubuntu, SLES, RedHat).
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu), REST APIs, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and various storage protocols (NVMe, RDMA, S3, SMB, NFS, iSCSI).
- Experience in configuration and deployment management (Ansible).
- Performance testing / benchmark / sizing tests
- Higher IT or Technical Education.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Experience with PyTest or related testing frameworks.
- Good understanding of C/C++ toolchain in Linux including cross-compilation and different build tools (make, cmake, meson).
- Experience in developing modern Software Verification Systems.
