Guardio is looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our Data Team. In this role, you’ll focus on ETL/ELT development, scalable modular data modeling, and strengthening our analytical infrastructure to enable reliable reporting and meaningful business insights across the company. We move fast, care deeply about impact, and bring real ownership to what we build.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines that transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable data models in dbt (layered architecture, reusable components, documentation).
• Develop and improve our analytical infrastructure (foundational datasets, metric definitions, governance, and observability) to support reliable reporting at scale.
• Orchestrate and monitor workflows with Airflow (scheduling, dependencies, retries, alerting, SLAs).
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into high-impact reporting solutions and trusted metrics.
• Ensure data quality and reliability through testing, validation, and monitoring for critical datasets.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in BI Development / Analytics Engineering roles.
• Expert SQL and strong experience with analytics modeling concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling, facts/dimensions).
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and modern data stacks (orchestration, transformations, CI/testing, monitoring).
• Strong business understanding, communication skills, and a track record of delivering reporting solutions that drive decisions.
• Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Experience with cloud-based data technologies (GCP/AWS/Azure) and modern warehouses (BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake).
• Experience in Python is an advantage.
• B2C company experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Airflow in production environments is an advantage.
