Role Description

Full responsibility for leading a professional development team specializing in Microsoft technologies, including planning, implementing, and deploying complex software solutions. The role includes hands-on leadership, end-to-end development oversight, mentoring team members, and driving technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a hands-on development team working with .NET, Angular, and SQL.
  • Design system architecture, define tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and skill development for team members.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Implement development standards, best practices, and modern methodologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and resolve complex engineering challenges.
  • Strong advantage: leading modernization projects of legacy systems.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing a software development team.
  • Proven experience with .NET, Angular, and SQL technologies.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
