Role Overview

Lead and manage multiple DevOps teams in a hands-on leadership role.

You will drive DevOps strategy and execution across several projects, build scalable CI/CD processes, and support development and integration teams throughout the full software lifecycle in a secure, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DevOps teams (hands-on role)

• Design, implement, and optimize DevOps processes across projects

• Build and maintain fast, flexible CI/CD pipelines

• Support release processes across development and customer environments

• Continuously improve tools, workflows, and automation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

• 3+ years of experience leading DevOps teams (5+ engineers)

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)

• Experience with Git-based configuration management

• Scripting skills in Bash and Python

• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments

• Experience with Docker containers

• Experience with Kubernetes (OpenShift – advantage)
