Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are looking for an experienced and visionary CTO to lead our technological strategy, shape our engineering standards, and drive innovation across multiple development teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s end-to-end technological vision, architecture, and engineering excellence.
• Oversee development teams, Tech Leads, QA, and Architects, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
• Design and implement modern architectures: Microservices, API-first, Cloud-Native solutions.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance and drive key technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and executive leadership to align business and technology goals.
• Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, testing standards, and engineering workflows.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including AI, automation, and low-code solutions.
• Represent the company in engagements with technology partners and enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in senior technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Architect, Head of Development).
• Strong experience with Node.js, React, React Native, .NET, Python.
• Deep understanding of Microservices, distributed systems, API-first design, Cloud-Native architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience managing multi-project engineering teams and working with customers.
• Strong system thinking, problem-solving skills, and business orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Advantages

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Salesforce.
• Background in building scalable SaaS products or enterprise systems.
