We are building a new engineering group responsible for a next-generation
GenAI Security Platform — a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS that manages and secures GenAI products at scale.
We are looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer who will own our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, deployments, observability stack, and DevSecOps initiatives. You will work closely with backend, full-stack, and security teams to build a highly available, reliable, and secure production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage our DevOps, Cloud, and Monitoring environments end-to-end.
- Design and develop the company’s SaaS infrastructure, operational engine, and deployment strategies.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines supporting multiple services and environments.
- Introduce and implement DevSecOps “shift-left” practices across CI and CD pipelines.
- Develop automation frameworks for provisioning, scaling, observability, and incident response.
- Lead adoption of new technologies to improve engineering velocity, reliability, and security.
- Work closely with architects and engineering leadership on cloud cost optimization, availability, and performance.
- Ensure production readiness: monitoring, alerts, dashboards, SLOs/SLIs, and reliability processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in a SaaS product environment – Must.
- Deep experience with AWS – Must.
- Strong experience with:
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Configuration management & secrets management systems.
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions,Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience building secure CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps principles.
- Familiarity with cost governance, FinOps, and cloud optimization.
- Solid understanding of monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to own complex processes end-to-end.
- A proactive problem-solver - the “go-to” person who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
