What You'll Do:
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders across the company to understand data needs.
- Design, lead, and exemplify new processes with various stakeholders to enhance data-driven decisions across the company.
- Together with the data engineering team, play a major part in designing tables and defining their rules and structure, both for optimizing existing tables, bringing in new data, and modeling it in tables.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform product and business strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results.
- You will report to the Data Analytics Team Lead.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R - Advantage.
- Familiarity with Warehouse/data lake tools such as Databricks/ Redshift/ BigQuery/ Snowflake/ Athena/ Unity Catalog - Advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code / LLM API - Advantage.
