Persona.ly is a global company developing machine-learning models to predict user behavior in mobile apps. We work with some of the top apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals across different markets, including Japan, China, Russia, the USA, and South Korea.
We help with their user acquisition and retargeting growth efforts and provide data-driven insights based on our predictive models, which process over 4 million transactions a second and have more than 70 data points.
As part of our RTB product team, you'll analyze large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that directly impact product decisions. You'll work closely with our R&D team to build BI dashboards and internal tools that make complex data accessible and actionable across the organization. You'll also work on the integration side with supply partners on the OpenRTB protocol. This role requires someone who can dive deep into conversion funnels, attribution data, and user behavior patterns to drive measurable improvements in our products.
There's a clear path to transition gradually into product management responsibilities and initiatives over time.
