You can expect to work on

• Designing and optimizing prompts for document understanding, data extraction, and classification tasks
• Building evaluation frameworks to measure and improve LLM performance across our pipelines
• Developing data collection and processing pipelines, and proactively identifying new opportunities to improve the product
• Experimenting with different models, architectures, and prompting strategies to improve accuracy and reduce costs
• Integrating new data sources and identifying opportunities to automate workflows with AI
• Collaborating with the engineering team to integrate AI capabilities into our production systems

Who are you?

We're looking for a brilliant, curious, creative, and fun-loving engineer with a passion for AI that's ready to take on a huge opportunity to build Dono's technology.

You should join us if

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year building and deploying LLM-powered applications
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with prompt engineering and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• Familiarity with evaluation techniques for LLM outputs (accuracy metrics, human evaluation, automated benchmarks)
• Proactive team player with a desire to impact our team, our product, and our customers
• Experience with RAG architectures or document processing - Advantage
• Experience with fine-tuning or working with open-source models - Advantage
• Experience working with real estate data, title documents, or legal documents - Advantage
• Hold a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent - Advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English
