Job Description

As a Server Engineer focusing on the AI-Driven Enterprise Platform, you will play a critical role in developing and sustaining a robust, high-scale backend for Wix Enterprise and Strategic Partnerships. This role demands deep technical expertise in building complex, performant server systems and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies, particularly AI (LLMs/NLP), to create innovative, product-driving features. You will be hands-on in developing core services, guiding product architecture, and ensuring platform stability.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in backend development; 6+ years is highly desirable for the full scope of responsibilities.
• Backend Expertise: Proven expertise in building and sustaining powerful, high-scale backend platforms and handling high-volume traffic.
• AI/LLM Experience (Highly Valued): Experience in developing AI-driven products and working with LLMs and NLP technologies.
• System Optimization: Strong track record in system performance optimization, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving.
• Mindset: A passionate, eager-to-learn individual with a startup mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and committed to achieving business goals.
