Role Overview

A cross-organizational, strategic position focused on identifying opportunities for AI-driven optimization, mapping business processes, and leading the implementation of advanced solutions.

The role includes close collaboration with business units, IT, and security teams, definition of infrastructure requirements, and guidance of pilots and projects in Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and additional AI domains.

You will produce functional and technical specifications, evaluate technologies, and recommend AI tools aligned with organizational needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives in enterprise environments

• Deep understanding of AI trends, technologies, and tools

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure AI, Google AI, OpenAI, HuggingFace

• Experience with a variety of model types: Generative AI, NLP, CV, Recommendation Systems

• Experience defining infrastructure requirements for AI (servers, cloud, security, DataOps, MLOps)

• Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Experience working with external advisors and vendors
