We're Hiring: Experienced BI Developer & Data Engineer

We’re looking for a talented BI Developer & Data Engineer to join our team and help build high-quality data solutions end to end — from gathering client requirements and modeling data to automation and insights.

What You’ll Do

• Build advanced Power BI reports and data models with a focus on UX/UI, proper data model design, extensive use of DAX, and adherence to industry best practices
• Write complex SQL queries, optimize performance, develop stored procedures, and work effectively with large-scale data structures
• Design and implement DWH architectures (STAR/SNOWFLAKE)
• Develop solutions using SSIS
• Write ETL and integration scripts in Python, including data processing and automation tasks
• Work with Microsoft Fabric including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Pipelines, and Notebooks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective data models

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and proper data model design
• High proficiency in SQL Server and working with large datasets
• Proven experience in DWH design and development
• Experience with SSIS
• Experience writing Python scripts for ETL, integrations, data processing, and automation
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric
