We are looking for a Development Team Manager.

The role includes managing a development team of approximately 10 employees and leading end-to-end development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for planning, development, implementation, and operation of 24/7 critical systems
• Version management, approval of system specifications, and architectural leadership
• Leading cross-organizational interfaces and collaboration
• Development environment based on C++ and Java

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience managing C++ development teams
• At least 8 years of hands-on C++ development experience
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• Proven experience managing complex technological projects
• Experience with Mission-Critical systems – a significant advantage
