We are looking for a Development Team Manager.
The role includes managing a development team of approximately 10 employees and leading end-to-end development processes.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for planning, development, implementation, and operation of 24/7 critical systems
- Version management, approval of system specifications, and architectural leadership
- Leading cross-organizational interfaces and collaboration
- Development environment based on C++ and Java
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience managing C++ development teams
- At least 8 years of hands-on C++ development experience
- B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering
- Proven experience managing complex technological projects
- Experience with Mission-Critical systems – a significant advantage
