As a Senior Data Scientist at Noma Security, you will be integral in building our Data & AI Lifecycle Security Platform, architecting advanced models to address critical application security challenges. You will take end-to-end responsibility for model development, owning every stage of the research lifecycle—from problem formulation alongside product teams to continuous monitoring and optimization. This role requires precise execution and a strong focus on business goals as we move quickly to deliver impactful solutions. In our fast-paced startup environment, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of AI Security.

Who are we looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in data science.
• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Deep understanding of language models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of product business value and experience developing lean, efficient solutions.
• Demonstrated experience running end-to-end research POCs, from conceptualization to solution, including design, execution, analysis, and conclusions to solve real-world problems.
• Advantage: Previous experience in leadership roles such as Team Lead or Tech Lead
