About Glide Identity

Glide Identity is hiring a Tech Lead of Telecom Exposure Platform to define, build, and scale the next generation of our entitlement and network-based identity platform. This role owns the technical architecture and implementation of Glide’s telecom-grade platform as part of the core R&D team, helping transform our network authentication technology into a packaged, scalable, and production-ready product used by operators globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Telecom platform implementation as part of the core R&D team.
• Define the technical architecture, deployment model, and product roadmap for Glide’s entitlement platform.
• Package, automate, and standardize integrations with mobile network operators and API gateways.
• Build scalable infrastructure for configuration management, deployment automation, observability, and performance monitoring.
• Translate telecom-grade network systems into modular, enterprise-ready identity products.
• Ensure high reliability, security, and compliance across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience building cloud-native or network infrastructure products.
• Strong background in distributed systems, containers, CI/CD automation.
• Core network knowledge (HSS/UDM, AAA, PCRF, HLR/VLR concepts).
• Hands-on experience with Diameter protocol (bonus: MAP, GTP, SIP).
• Experience with on-premise deployments and hybrid infrastructure.
• Understanding of telecom standards, network APIs (CAMARA/OpenGateway), or authentication frameworks is a plus.
• Strategic product mindset — ability to convert telco and network capabilities into repeatable, scalable platform offerings.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
