We’re a fast-growing renewable energy company operating solar, storage, and clean-energy projects across Israel, Europe, and the U.S.

Data is at the core of how we run our assets, optimize performance, trade energy, and make investment decisions — and now we’re looking for a Senior Data Architect to build our data ecosystem from the ground up.

What you’ll own:

As our first data hire, you will design and lead the company’s entire data architecture.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role shaping how data flows across hundreds of assets, business systems, and global markets.

You will:

Design and own a modern cloud-based data platform (Azure or equivalent)

Integrate operational and business systems — SCADA/EMS/BMS, market APIs, Priority ERP, finance platforms, sensors & IoT

Define scalable data models for large time-series datasets

Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data quality, security & governance

Deliver trusted datasets and enable analytics across the organization

Lead BI foundations and empower teams with Power BI dashboards

Lay the groundwork for AI/ML — predictive maintenance, forecasting, storage optimization Shape our long-term data strategy and build the data team as we scale

This is the opportunity to take full ownership and influence how an entire energy company uses data.

What we're looking for:

5+ years in Data Architecture / Senior Data Engineering

Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, data modeling

Experience with large-scale datasets, especially IoT / time-series

Advantage: Energy/industrial data, Priority ERP, market APIs, energy trading
