We are seeking a Software Development Group Leader to oversee a multidisciplinary software team (~10 developers) across Android, .NET, C++, and embedded technologies. The role combines hands-on development, architecture, and technical leadership, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing software team, nominate tech leads, and ensure performance and collaboration
• Participate in architecture, coding, and design across Android, .NET, and embedded systems
• Design and implement client-server systems, API/SDK integrations, and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and other technical teams to define features and improvements
• Drive Agile processes and CI/CD pipelines, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Conduct performance assessments and mentor team members

Requirements

• 10+ years in software development, 3+ years leading a software group of at least 10 developers
• Experience with Android (Java/Kotlin), .NET/C#, C++, embedded systems
• Solid understanding of client-server architectures, APIs, and SDK integrations
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary systems (mobile, desktop, hardware integration) – advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
