We’re Hiring: CRM Online Development Manager & Fullstack .NET Core Lead

Location: Central Israel (Shfela Region)

Elad Software Systems - a leading provider in Data | CRM | Digital - is seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM Online Development Manager & Fullstack .NET Core Lead to join our growing technology division.

In this key leadership role, you will drive multiple development teams working on Dynamics 365 CRM Online and Fullstack Web solutions, ensuring high-quality deliveries, implementing modern DevOps processes, and leading continuous technological improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage several development teams in CRM Online (Dynamics 365) and Fullstack Web domains.
• Own delivery, code quality and execution across all development groups.
• Define and implement DevOps processes and best practices.
• Introduce and integrate new technologies and development methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, System Analysts, additional development units and Security teams.
• Mentor, guide and develop Team Leaders.

Mandatory Requirements

Management Experience:

• 3+ years managing development teams of 20+ developers.
• Direct experience mentoring and overseeing 3+ Team Leaders.
• Proven ability to define goals, KPIs and lead teams to successful delivery.

Technical Background:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in C# (v4+) including OOP and Design Patterns.
• Strong experience with RESTful API development, documentation, security and maintenance.
• Full command of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with Dynamics CRM Online and On-Premise: development, integration and maintenance.
• 1+ year hands-on experience in .NET Core including Microservices architecture.
• 1+ year experience working with Azure services.
• Strong SQL Server skills: complex queries, performance optimization.
• Experience with version control tools (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).

Working Methodologies:

• Solid experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
