🚀 **We're Hiring: Data Engineering & BI Tech Lead** 🚀  

**Location:** Ra'anana (On-site, full-time)


We’re looking for a hands-on **Data Engineering & BI Tech Lead** to join our growing data group.  

In this role, you’ll lead a small, talented team (2 Data Engineers + 1 BI Developer) and take ownership of end-to-end data architecture, ETL processes, and large-scale DB migrations — all while staying deeply technical.


### What you’ll do

- Design and build robust ETL pipelines and data flows (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, SQS).  

- Lead the migration to our next-generation data infrastructure (RDS → /Mongo/DynamoDB).  

- Define and implement scalable data architecture and modeling patterns.  

- Collaborate with BI to deliver actionable insights using Power BI.  

- Work closely with LLM-based and Agentic systems to enable intelligent data automation.  

- Drive best practices for cost-efficient, observable, and maintainable data solutions.


### Tech Stack

**Core:** AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway), Python, Power BI, MongoDB  

**Preferred:** Agentic, Athena, OpenSearch, Kafka, Kubernetes


### What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.  

- Strong Python skills (ETL, data processing, APIs).  

- Proven experience with AWS serverless architectures.  

- Solid understanding of both relational and NoSQL data modeling.  

- Experience building or leading technical teams.  

-Experience with develop BI dashboard

- Passion for creating scalable data systems from the ground up.
