We are seeking an experienced Software Architect / AI Development Lead to join an elite Architecture Team and drive innovation across complex AI-driven environments.

As an Agentic AI Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced solutions, set development methodologies, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a modern global environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead development and architecture of large-scale Agentic AI projects

• Design end-to-end technological solutions, from concept to production

• Work closely with the Chief Architect and collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and Data teams

• Define development methodologies, conduct code reviews, and shape architecture standards

• Drive implementation of complex initiatives in an innovative, fast-paced ecosystem

Requirements:

• Significant hands-on experience in software development (Java / React or similar)

• Strong understanding of development methodologies and best practices

• Proven experience as a Development Lead or Software Architect

• Background with AI systems and Agentic AI – must

• Strong system-level thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution capabilities
