Elad Systems is hiring a Salesforce Implementer – Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE)!

We’re looking for a Salesforce Implementer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to join as a Forward Deployment Engineer.

What you’ll do?

Work directly with customers to understand and deliver on their IT needs.

Configure, enhance, and support Salesforce workflows, automations, integrations, and customizations.

Build new features and applications on AI platform.

Translate customer challenges into insights for the engineering team.

Provide high-quality, quick delivery in a dynamic environment.

What you bring?

2+ years Salesforce implementation/administration experience.

Good understanding of Salesforce architecture concepts (data model, automations, permissions, integrations).

Fast learner, organized, strong communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Customer-focused and proactive.

Nice to have

Experience with automation or low-code tools (MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier).

Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations.

Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or Apex).
