TSG Group, a leading defense high-tech company, is looking for a Backend Developer to join our development team working on advanced systems in the defense domain.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team in developing advanced simulators that integrate both hardware and software components. The role involves working in a cutting-edge development environment, building, expanding, and maintaining high-performance simulation systems. You will collaborate with various external hardware elements, implement diverse communication protocols, and contribute to the design and development of complex real-time systems.

Responsibilities Include:

• Development of advanced simulation systems involving multi-interface communication and mixed hardware/software environments.
• Integration with external hardware and software components.
• Implementation of communication protocols and parallel processing capabilities.
• Participation in design processes and preparation of software documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience developing real-time systems or simulators integrating hardware and software.
• Proven experience in C and C++ development on Linux and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating external hardware and software systems.
• Knowledge and experience with communication protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, RS422, RS485.
• Strong proficiency in Multithreading and Multiprocessing.
• Experience writing technical and software documentation.
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
