We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join as the first DevOps function in our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and build the infrastructure of a fast-growing, innovative startup that's set to revolutionize the AI-driven fitness and health industry. What You’ll Do:

• Architect and implement a scalable DevOps infrastructure to support amp’s backend and mobile app platforms.
• Leverage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate and manage environments.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure integration and deployment practices.
• Implement mechanisms like gradual rollouts, canary deployments, and microservices versioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define DevOps strategies.
• Implement and monitor observability tools with a focus on system performance, reliability, and security.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security best practices.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Experience building DevOps infrastructure from scratch
• Extensive experience with AWS services and architecture
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent)
• Experience with orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or similar
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, with emphasis on integration, security, and monitoring
• Experience implementing gradual rollouts, canary deployments, and microservices versioning
• Knowledge of modern observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile applications CI/CD, including iOS build and deploy systems.
• Familiarity with IoT infrastructure and CI/CD processes for connected devices.
