About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on leader to drive internal AI adoption across RADCOM’s global teams. This role will spearhead the integration of AI and GenAI tools into our development, product, support, and corporate workflows — transforming how we work, collaborate, and innovate.

• Identify opportunities to embed AI into internal processes, boosting efficiency and decision-making.
• Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions tailored to team needs across R&D, Product, Support, and Operations.
• Lead pilots and scale successful AI tools across departments.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure adoption and impact.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and benchmark against leading tech companies.
