What You'll Do

·        Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 multidisciplinary engineers (Embedded, Web, Cloud, QA).

·        Create, assign, and track tasks, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results.

·        Oversee development of complete solutions — from device to deployment.

·        Collaborate closely with hardware, product, and operations teams.

·        Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and agile processes.

·        Lead the hiring process of new engineers

What You Bring

·        5+ years of software development experience, including leadership responsibilities.

·        Experience in cellular communication and networking

·        Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

• Embedded Linux development in C++

• Full-stack

• Cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• QA automation and CI/CD pipelines

·        Strong communication, planning, and team management skills.

·        A passion for guiding and developing team members.
