About the Role

ELTA is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Work as part of a team developing complex algorithmic solutions for innovative defense systems.
• Develop in C++ under Linux environments.
• Collaborate closely with algorithm developers, system engineers, and test engineers throughout the development cycle.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics– mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in C++ development – mandatory
• Proven experience in OOP and OOD – mandatory
• Strong analytical orientation and passion for exact sciences – mandatory
• Experience as a Senior Engineer, mentoring junior developers, and solving complex technical challenges
• Experience with Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and advanced libraries – advantage
• Familiarity with modern design patterns – an advantage
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes – advantage
• Experience working in Agile methodology – advantage
• Theoretical background in physics or radar systems – advantage
