Description

We are monday.com , a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

Our team builds the enterprise-grade foundational services that power all production AI and Machine Learning initiatives. We are looking for a versatile Software Engineer to help us build and standardize how development teams deploy, run, and monitor their models and AI agents in production.

In this role, your scope will be wide, covering everything from building our core ML inference runtime to defining the AI communication standards that allow these services to scale. You will be responsible for creating the secure, compliant, and scalable "happy path" for teams to run their AI agents and models in production.

About The Role

  • Build the AI Runtime: Design, build, and maintain the core services and SDKs (in Python/TypeScript) that act as the runtime wrapper for our ML models and AI agents.
  • Enforce Guardrails: Engineer our platform services to automatically enforce enterprise guardrails for security, logging, monitoring, and governance.

Requirements

  • Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use every day, developing features end-to-end (client and server)
  • 6+ years of experience building Full Stack applications
  • A high sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions
  • Great product sense, and a passion for building software that provides a great experience
  • Focus on quality and simplicity
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic
  • Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super-talented people)
