We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and scaling our next-generation products.

As a senior member of the engineering team, you will own complex technical domains, lead architectural decisions, drive best practices, and mentor other engineers. You will work closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and scale core backend services and frontend systems across our product stack.
• Own features end-to-end - from architecture, implementation, deployment and monitoring.
• Improve performance, reliability, and security across high-traffic environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Lead technical planning, contribute to system architecture, and raise the engineering standards.
• Drive observability and operational excellence - logs, tracing, error budgets.
• Contribute to and influence infrastructure improvements and automation.
• Mentor engineers and help cultivate a strong engineering culture.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience building scalable production-grade systems.
• Strong experience with Node.js + TypeScript and modern backend frameworks.
• Experience with React/Next.js, AWS cloud infrastructure, and distributed microservices.
• Deep understanding of databases and data modeling and system design fundamentals.
• Ownership mindset - comfortable leading complex projects independently.
• Fast executor who thrives in high-velocity, high-impact environments.
• Fluent in Hebrew; English is a strong plus.
