We’re expanding our winning team at abra, and we’re now looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to help drive our most ambitious projects forward.

The role focuses on building complex technological architectures, designing and implementing multi-system integrations, planning platform-level security, creating scalability models, and having direct ownership of DevOps and CI/CD processes within Salesforce environments.

The emphasis is on Hands-on Technical Architecture – code-level solutions, integrations, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading end-to-end technical architecture in Salesforce environments for Enterprise organizations

• Defining architectural principles, design patterns, and governance for Salesforce development and implementation

• Designing and implementing multi-system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ESB, iPaaS)

• Designing complex data models, including documentation, handling large data volumes, and ensuring system performance

• Ownership of the platform’s security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Shield, Encryption, Data Governance)

• Leading and implementing DevOps & CI/CD processes (Pipeline, Branching strategy, Deployment automation, Release management)

• Performing code & design reviews, defining engineering standards, and best practices for Salesforce development

• Hands-on work in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch/Async, and Integration Services when required

• Close collaboration with customer-side teams

• Analyzing complex incidents (Production Incidents), performing Root Cause Analysis, and leading technical hardening of the system

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Integrations)

• At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integrations between Salesforce and core enterprise systems (ERP, Billing, Data Platforms)

• Deep understanding of data models, performance, limits, and scalability in the Salesforce platform

• Practical experience in building DevOps and CI/CD processes for Salesforce (tools such as Git, Azure DevOps / GitLab / GitHub, Copado, Gearset, or similar)

• In-depth familiarity with Salesforce security mechanisms and implementation of permissions and compliance policies at the organizational level

• Experience working directly with Enterprise customers in multi-integration, high-usage systems

• Proven ability to lead complex technical decisions, guide development teams, and serve as a technical authority

• High-level English — reading, writing, and presenting technical solutions
