We are looking for an experienced Senior Splunk DevOps Consultant to join our expert consulting team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on designing, implementing, and embedding modern observability and monitoring solutions using Splunk across multi-cloud and Kubernetes environments.

As part of our consulting approach, we believe in handing out fishing rods, rather than fish, empowering our customers to take ownership of the systems we help them build. You’ll not only deliver advanced Splunk architectures but also lead customers on a journey of learning and self-sufficiency, ensuring they gain the confidence and skills to manage and evolve their observability environments independently.

Role Overview

Description:

As a Senior Splunk DevOps Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, leading Splunk-based solution design, deployment, and integration projects in hybrid environments. You’ll collaborate with customer engineering and operations teams to embed best practices for scalability, performance, and automation, while maintaining a service-oriented, customer-empowering mindset.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and mentoring skills, making it ideal for someone passionate about both technology and customer success.

  • Design, deploy, and manage Splunk Enterprise and/or Splunk Cloud environments for observability, analytics, and monitoring.
  • Implement Splunk solutions onsite or remotely within complex customer infrastructures, including Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and hybrid deployments.
  • Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
  • Develop dashboards, alerts, and visualizations that deliver real operational insights and business value.
  • Advise and mentor customers on best practices for data ingestion, indexing, search optimization, and scaling.
  • Integrate Splunk with CI/CD pipelines, containers, and third-party observability tools.
  • Perform health checks, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
  • Lead workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions, guiding customers toward operational independence.
  • Collaborate across cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure teams, bridging the gap between architecture, delivery, and operations.
  • Promote automation, observability, and DevOps culture across customer environments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing Splunk (Enterprise or Cloud) environments in production.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS or Azure); familiarity with the other is a strong advantage.
  • Strong familiarity with observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Fluentd, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
  • Proven DevOps and automation experience using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation and integration.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads (Helm, Operators, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Service-oriented and customer-enabling mindset, passionate about empowering teams and building lasting technical partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities in complex distributed systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure automation, and continuous delivery workflows.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Splunk Certified Architect / Consultant / Admin certifications.
  • Experience integrating Splunk with SOAR, ServiceNow, or security analytics platforms.
  • Experience designing observability frameworks or SRE practices for enterprise-scale environments.
  • Background in consulting, pre-sales, or enablement roles.
  • Exposure to multi-language scripting and internal tooling development for automation.

What You’ll Gain

  • Lead high-impact Splunk and observability projects across diverse industries.
  • Work on multi-cloud and hybrid architectures at enterprise scale.
  • Join a collaborative, expert-driven team where learning and innovation are part of daily work.
  • Be part of a culture built on trust, partnership, and empowerment, helping customers and teammates grow together.
