We’re looking for a
Marketing Data Analyst with
~4 years of experience in analytics, to take ownership of our
marketing data ecosystem—from acquisition channels to campaign performance and user funnels. You’ll collaborate with Growth, Product, and Finance teams to drive insight-based decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs focused on marketing performance, funnel conversion, and ROI
- Analyze campaigns, channels, and audience behavior to optimize acquisition and retention
- Conduct cohort and A/B analyses to measure the impact of marketing and lifecycle initiatives
- Partner with marketing and growth stakeholders to translate insights into actionable strategies
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing/growth analytics or e-commerce
- Advanced SQL skills and experience building models in DBT or similar frameworks
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for analysis/automation
- Hands-on experience running and interpreting A/B tests
- Familiarity with marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention) and data from paid channels or CRM
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly and influence strategy
