We’re currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join a strategic enterprise project. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, multi-system environment that combines deep technical expertise with architectural vision. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce-based solutions, leading integrations, and guiding cross-functional teams toward technical excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and lead complex Salesforce technical architectures, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions
- Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Plan and implement integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, and custom platforms)
- Lead DevOps and CI/CD processes using tools like Azure DevOps and Git
- Perform technical feasibility checks and recommend enhancements
- Mentor and guide developers and implementation teams, ensuring adherence to coding and process standards
- Collaborate with QA, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce innovations and apply them to improve system performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (strong advantage)
- 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including 3+ years in a Technical Architect role
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Community, and Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience in developing with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
- Hands-on experience designing and leading complex technical architectures
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data models, permissions,, Dashboards, Validations, and Approval Processes
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – mandatory
- Additional certifications (e.g. Application Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer II) – strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, security standards, and system design (Azure DevOps – advantage)
- Experience with complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft – advantage
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken) – required
