🚀 Mobile Team Lead – IDEO Digital

We at IDEO Digital, a boutique software company specializing in Web, Mobile, and AI solutions, are looking for an experienced Mobile Team Lead (React Native) to join our team in Tel Aviv – open to all genders.

What the role involves:

✔️ Leading a team of Frontend and Backend developers – task allocation, mentoring, and code quality oversight

✔️ Managing end-to-end development processes – from planning to App Store/Google Play release

✔️ Hands-on development on critical modules as needed

✔️ Close collaboration with the CTO, Project Managers, UX/UI, and QA teams

Key requirements:

✔️ At least 5 years of mobile development experience, including React and React Native

✔️ At least 2 years of experience managing development teams

✔️ Knowledge of CI/CD, Cloud (AWS advantage), TypeScript

✔️ High-level English proficiency

📍 Location: Tel Aviv – hybrid work
