You will…

• Support customers from onboarding to full platform adoption, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value.
• Travel abroad for customer meetings, training, and on-site technical support.
• Develop and maintain scripts or tools (mainly in Python or Bash) to automate processes and enhance system integrations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and R&D teams to provide feedback from the field and help shape future features and solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive the technical side of the sales process.
  
  

Requirements:

Apply if you have…

• ‎Strong hands-on knowledge of networking and communication fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, routing, and NAT.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, including command-line operations and shell scripting
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation, integration, or data handling.
• Can-do and hands-on approach with a high sense of ownership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: training, presenting, and discussing with customers- English is a must
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
