About the Role:
Nym is seeking a highly motivated Experienced Medical Data Analyst to join our Solutions Team, a dedicated group supporting steady-state clients on the technical side. The team ensures smooth operations, investigates and resolves issues, and drives compliance and client satisfaction through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys tackling complex problems, and wants to make a real impact in healthcare technology.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve client-related technical and data issues end to end.
- Analyze medical documentation and audits to identify patterns, errors, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and automate tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (including Pandas)
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, PyCharm, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with medical charts and clinical terminology; background in healthcare tech a plus.
- Experience in software configuration, implementation, or troubleshooting in clinical or healthcare systems - preferred.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
