We're Hiring: Clinical Programmer – Manager Level | Remote

A leading global pharmaceutical organization is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Programmer (Manager Level), fully remote project supporting global clinical trials.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, contributing to high-impact studies and regulatory submissions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead programming activities across multiple clinical studies
• Define CRF and external data specifications aligned with CDISC standards
• Manage data flow, perform UAT, and support database lock processes
• Develop and validate SAS/SQL programs for clinical and operational reporting
• Collaborate with CROs and internal teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For:

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Life Sciences, Statistics, Information Technology or related field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical programming within pharma or CRO
• Strong expertise in SAS programming and CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
• Familiarity with Pinnacle 21 and regulatory submission processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a global setting
• Fluent technical English
