We handle the entire pipeline—from context-aware translation and voice cloning to automated distribution across YouTube, social media, and streaming platforms—enabling creators to reach worldwide audiences without manual effort. Our infrastructure processes millions of minutes of content, optimizing delivery, metadata, and monetization for each platform and market, while creators focus on content creation.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable infrastructure for AI/ML workloads, ensuring high availability for model serving and content processing pipelines
• Build CI/CD pipelines and implement infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation) for automated provisioning and deployments
• Champion developer experience through self-service platforms, internal tooling, and standardized development environments
• Orchestrate containerized workloads on Kubernetes, managing resource allocation for GPU clusters and video processing
• Implement observability solutions for monitoring system health, LLM costs, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams on DevOps best practices while optimizing cloud costs and resource utilization

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with strong cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in developer enablement - building internal tools, self-service platforms, and improving developer productivity
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go) with experience in monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog)
• Database and messaging systems experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with ability to understand and address developer pain points

Bonus: ML infrastructure experience, GPU cluster management, platform engineering.

Location: Full-time, on-site role in Tel Aviv-Yafo
