🔹 What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team

Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines

Manage global AWS-based infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices

Collaborate with development teams to support new features and services

Drive automation, reliability, and performance improvements across environments

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a DevOps Team Lead

5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience

Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s), AWS, and Terraform

Solid experience with Linux, Bash scripting, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins / ArgoCD)

Familiarity with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef

Excellent understanding of cloud security and observability tools

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Fluent English (spoken and written)
