Tel-Aviv AI Lab collaborates with Husqvarna, focusing on machine learning (ML), computer vision (CV), and localization technologies. As part of the AI Lab, you’ll have the chance to develop cutting-edge technologies that will be integral to Husqvarna’s future autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). This position combines hands-on development with exploratory research — evaluating cutting-edge academic models, adapting them for real-world performance, and pushing the limits of Physical AI.


What You Bring

· Algorithm implementation, development, and optimization for ML-based computer vision.

· Computer vision and robotics software implementation, development, and optimization.

· Perception algorithm performance and accuracy benchmarking.

· Participate in the creation of data pipelines, simulation environments, synthetic data generation and visualization tools.

· Take part in next-generation of vision-based perception and robotic context awareness.


We Are Looking For 

· Relevant engineering or scientific B.Sc. degree is a must. A higher degree is an advantage.

· Software development skills, preferably in Python.

· A least 3 years of past working experience in computer vision and machine learning algorithm research and development is required.

· Practical research capabilities.

· Knowledge of PyTorch or an equivalent framework.

· Familiarity with vision-language models.

· Experience with localization technologies – an advantage.

· Experience with Git.

· Ability to individually learn new concepts and skills.

· Dynamic individual who is proactive and ready to drive initiatives on their own.

· Team Player.

· Excellent English skills.
