We’re looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to join our team and shape the foundation of our high-scale, cloud-native systems. You’ll be the person behind the pipelines, automations, and scalable environments that make our products fast, reliable, and unstoppable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure across GCP environments
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Define and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain production systems on Kubernetes (GKE & Helm – advantage)
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions with Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Kibana
- Manage networking setups including DNS, load balancing, CDN, and VPN connections
- Ensure security best practices and high standards across cloud infrastructure (Wiz - advantage)
- Knowledge and experience in high availability solutions and implementation.
- Basic understanding of Cloud infrastructure economics and billing.
- Collaborate with backend developers and architects to ensure high availability and performance
- Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment speed
- Investigate and solve complex production issues in real time
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer and/or DevOps Engineer
- Expert in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – must
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)
- Proven hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code principles
- Deep understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, CDN, VPN, etc.)
- Strong experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex, high-scale production environments
- Independent, proactive, and a natural self-learner — and yes, super fun to work with 😉
- Experience working with SQL environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Big Advantage:
- 2+ years of backend development experience
- Experience with Kafka or Redis
- Experience in working as a DevOps at small startups
