We're at the forefront of AI agent development. Our product needs a team that can implement the best architectures, designs, UX and creative ideas.

You will lead core decisions and implementation efforts in the team - from choosing our techstack through growing it to easily support scale, to hiring, teaching and supporting engineers with less experience or know-how.

You will be one of the first members of a small, commando-like, R&D team.

What Will You Do

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of our frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and modern tools.
• Create accessible, responsive, and intuitive components that elevate the user experience.
• Choose and grow our tech stack to support scale, ensuring fast and reliable performance.
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team.
• Optimize performance, lower bundle sizes, and ensure seamless user interactions.
• Out Tech stack: React (hooks), TypeScript, styled-components, TanStack Query, Vite.

Requirements

• you have 4+ years of total experience
• you have 3+ years of modern frontend-focused experience (React or other SPA framework, SASS/LESS/css-in-js, HTML5)
• you have 1+ years of Typescript experience
• you get annoyed at bad user experiences
• you believe a small, dedicated team is 10x better than a big team
• you care about your team members
• you are looking to both learn and teach
• you understand how to design and test accessible, responsive components
• you take pride in your SPA architecture designs
