Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Game Developer to join our engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of game development and AI, with growing exposure to HTML5 playables development.

You will bring strong game development intuition, attention to detail, and a high bar for polish into an AI-driven system that generates playable game experiences. Rather than building full games, you will help shape how game development thinking is translated into prompts, tasks, and agentic flows.

You will work closely with engineers, researchers, and product to ensure AI-generated playables make sense from a real game developer’s perspective - mechanically, visually, and experientially.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a game developer
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, game feel, progression, UI/UX, and player experience
• High attention to detail and polish
• Experience with rapid prototyping and fast iteration
• Ability to reason clearly about why a game concept works or fails
• Comfort working with technical systems and structured feedback
• Curiosity and willingness to work in an AI-driven, fast-evolving environment
• Positive attitude toward working with AI tools
