The Position encompasses two principal aspects: a software development and a PMO in accordance with the following responsibilities:

1. Analyze system requirements and convert them into high- qualify, efficient infrastructure and code

2. Maintain and improve exiting code, including bug fixes and system upgrades

3. Analysis and mapping of existing infrastructure and systems capabilities

4. Provide technical support and develop solutions for complex technical issues

5. Project Manager in the field of information systems, working and interfacing with various clients and entities

6. The job includes: analysis, architecture design, coordination with all relevant parties, project scheduling and budget management

7. Responsibility for data integrity, monitoring and troubleshooting

Requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Systems – mandatory
2. Experience in code development – at least in one of the following languages: Java/Python/C# - mandatory
3. Experience at of at least 1 year in project management – advantage
4. Familiarity with technologies and infrastructures: storage, communication, servers and Operating systems (DevOps)
5. Ability to work in collaboration with internal and externa interfaces in order to fulfill the project's goals
