Ongoing collaboration with internal units (business, technology, branches) and external interfaces (parent company, vendors, regulators).

Mapping business needs and implementing tailored digital solutions.

Promoting tasks and solutions vis-à-vis other departments, integrating new technologies into bank systems.

Project Management & Implementation:

Managing digital projects while adhering to timelines and performance standards.

Overseeing processes, monitoring, and maintaining digital solutions to ensure quality and technological upgrades.

Leading change management and effective implementation of digital solutions.

Improving workflows through automation and transforming data into actionable insights.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in Data Analysis – Mandatory.

Experience with GA4 – Mandatory.

Experience with GTM – Mandatory.

High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets – Mandatory.

Experience with GCP (specifically BigQuery) – Mandatory.

SQL proficiency – Mandatory.

Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Datorama) – Mandatory.

Knowledge of R / Python – Advantage.
