Phoenix, one of Israel’s leading insurance and financial services companies, is expanding its Digital Department and seeking a talented Digital Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of our digital transformation, analyzing user behavior across digital assets, building advanced data infrastructures, and generating actionable insights that drive business growth.

As part of the Digital Department, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge BI and AI tools, and play a key role in shaping the customer journey. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for data-driven decisionmaking.

What you’ll do?

• Building dashboards and data infrastructure for a new business unit
• Generating business insights based on Data and AI
• Researching digital consumer behavior and improving the customer journey
• Working with SQL, BI tools, and innovative AI solutions

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Analyst in a large organization
• Experience working with BigQuery / SQL / Looker
• Understanding of AI tools and ability to apply them at a basic level
• Experience leading AI projects, including implementation of operational or marketing models – an advantage
