- Own and build our go-to-market reporting infrastructure
- Develop and maintain dashboards for funnel tracking, conversion metrics, team performance, and pipeline forecasting
- Analyze GTM data to uncover what’s working (and what’s not), and partner with leadership to drive smarter decisions
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and routing logic
- Implement automation and reporting processes that reduce manual work and increase visibility
- Work closely with Product and Finance to align GTM insights with company-wide planning
- Lead our SW stack development, build integrations, logic, and data hygiene
- Build a central source of truth for the business
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- Highly analytical – expert in Excel, and ideally comfortable with SQL
- Experience with full-funnel GTM processes – from lead generation to deal won
- Comfortable building dashboards, writing logic, and solving real business problems with data
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
