Revenue Operations Lead

  • Develop and maintain dashboards for funnel tracking, conversion metrics, team performance, and pipeline forecasting
  • Analyze GTM data to uncover what’s working (and what’s not), and partner with leadership to drive smarter decisions
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and routing logic
  • Implement automation and reporting processes that reduce manual work and increase visibility
  • Work closely with Product and Finance to align GTM insights with company-wide planning
  • Lead our SW stack development, build integrations, logic, and data hygiene
  • Build a central source of truth for the business

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
  • Highly analytical – expert in Excel, and ideally comfortable with SQL
  • Experience with full-funnel GTM processes – from lead generation to deal won
  • Comfortable building dashboards, writing logic, and solving real business problems with data
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
