What You’ll Do:

• We are looking for an experienced full-stack team lead to join our R&D team, lead the design and development of large-scale, data-oriented applications.
• In this role, you will be responsible for creating and leading a team of remote full-stack developers from scratch. This team will be tasked with building out a new strategic initiative that will focus on data collection - a key business need in the company.
• We believe that this is best accomplished while rolling up your sleeves and maintaining a meaningful role in the code development.
• Become an expert in our product and market, and spearhead the technical initiatives that address our biggest opportunities while inspiring and guiding others to deliver solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
• You will play a key role in shaping system architecture, driving technological innovation, and ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Full ownership of project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and monitoring in production.
  
  

What’s in your toolbox:

Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development, including at least 2 years as a Team Lead.

• Experience with remote management - Advantage
• Strong English skills - a must
• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale, data-oriented platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and distributed systems (AWS preferred). - Advantage
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and production-grade microservices.
• Experience with TypeScript & Node.js
• Understanding of HTTP and web protocols.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
