Come join the newly formed services team within Fintech AI & DATA org. as a Development Manager.
In this role you’ll lead a team responsible for all SW engineering development of Fintech AI & DATA org focusing on platform and data services.
One of the major capabilities you would lead is the RISK data enrichment which is an enabler for Fintech RISK mitigation.
As the service owner you will drive all new vendor data integration, run RTB, lead platform modernization leveraging AI and work closely with stakeholders (policy teams, engineering teams and data vendors).

- Your team will create and bring customer driven software products to market that simplify and solve for current customer needs while building for the future.
- To accomplish this you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt, Business Analyst, Program Managers and Development Managers across the org).
Qualifications
- 5 plus years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Skilled at clearly communicating the product vision and shaping the future roadmap with strong business insight.
- Strong Back-End Experience, Java - must.
- Experience in leading or participating in technological stack modernization processes.
- Strong knowledge of K8S, CI/CD, AWS, DBs, automation tests, and experience with Java spring
- Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience.
- Expertise in the Software design/architecture process.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and SaaS technologies on a large scale.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills – both in Hebrew and English.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience
