We are looking for a talented and energetic Data Analyst to join our Human Resources division and play a key role in driving data‑based decision making.

What you’ll do?

• Collect, analyze, and present data to support strategic business decisions
• Develop and enhance HR dashboards
• Build a simulator in the field of compensation and HR
• Implement BI solutions for our users

What are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, and presenting data to management or in a similar role
• Ability to work with large datasets, perform data mining, and understand data structures
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, Power Query, and VBA at a high level
• Full command of Power BI: data modeling, DAX, ETL, table relationships, performance analysis, and more
• Experience with Microsoft tools (365, Copilot), Python, and various AI tools – an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to present information clearly and visually
