We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on QA Engineer to take ownership of testing our core platform and ensure world-class reliability. This role is ideal for someone deeply technical, proactive, and capable of driving high-quality standards across the R&D. You will work on both manual and automated testing, contribute to QA best practices, and play a critical role in ensuring our platform’s stability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Automated Testing: Develop, configure, and maintain end-to-end automated tests using SaaS-based testing platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage of platform functionalities. Leverage these tools to validate real user flows across web interfaces and APIs, with a focus on stability and fast feedback as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
- Manual Testing: Perform manual testing when necessary, focusing on areas that cannot be covered by automated tests. Conduct exploratory, regression, and feature testing to ensure high-quality releases.
- QA Strategy & Infrastructure: Contribute to defining and implementing QA policies, strategies, and best practices across the R&D. Support the scaling and improvement of the QA infrastructure to maintain an efficient and consistent testing process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the software development lifecycle and participate in quality-oriented design reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Automated QA engineering, including hands-on development of automated tests.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
- Experience with both backend and frontend validation.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and ability to integrate testing tools into development workflows.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
